    AXA are making a big song and dance about insuring young drivers but in my experience their quotes are always higher and to be honest they're rude and don't want to help you. I'm sure you'd get the typical €4-5k quotes. Try Liberty, not sure about early 20s but between myself and 2 friends aged 25, 26 and 27 they've been giving the best quotes. (One learner, two full licence. One full new driver, one full with 1 year NCB)
