    Welcome to Boards, and thanks for your post.

    We'd advise that you contact Dropbox directly first and request to remove your card details from their database. If they present to your account again, you can send us a message through banking 365 online, if you have your credit card attached to your account.

    Please use the heading 'Cancel Continuous Authority', and the details of the transactions. We will attempt to cancel with the company on your behalf by sending a cancellation request.
