Low power then no power to house

Just there now, the TV an sky box kept turning off and on, then the lights went really dim almost completely off. The washing machine was still working away fine. This went on for 5, minutes now all power is gone exept for 1 socket which a phone is charging away. Very strange. Any ideas?

No trip switches went off by the way. Have a prepay meter and that is also dead

Should I be worried of a fire or is it more likely an esb problem? Am kind of scared

It wasn't on that but I rang the number and there seems it is an outage thank god
