    Hi
Im treasurer for a small association that has members from both North and South Ireland. The acciunt branch is in the South (as most of the funds are from the south)
As the account is in the South, can we lodge sterling in a branch in the North to the ROI account?
I hope that makes sense lol
    Thanks

    Hi Jules_G,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here and your message makes complete sense :) .

Once the account is held in the Republic of Ireland any lodgements to the account would have to be made within a branch in the Republic of Ireland. It doesn't need to be the account holding branch but does need to be in the Republic of Ireland rather then a branch based in Northern Ireland.

    Thanks again for your message.
    Darren.
