    Thanks , i actually did the bike last tonight. I go to a small gym so what I do first really depends on weather stations are free or not. I always log them down in the same order for ease of remembering more than anything

    Fair play for the dedication, it's so hard to stay motivated but the most important thing to remember is that the real results won't become very noticeable until the 6 month mark onwards, in terms of strength gains motor units are surprisingly easy to build as long as the principles of progressive overload are adhered to.
    I'm not going to go into them as I'd be here a while but it's something worth looking into.

    I'm currently 8 weeks into a recomp, I'll start a log of my own this weekend and include a full diet, stats, training split and the likes and some progress pics.

    Keep going no matter what!!
