I am getting household insurance for a rental.

I was asked the question at the start was there any claims on the policy in the last 5 years.There wasn't.

A question at the end asked was there any claims by family members in the last 5 years. There was one claim in 2015 on a separate policy under my wife's name. The insurance company are now saying these claims are linked (landlord insurance vs household insurance in two separate names).

Is this the case?
