Hi, I am travelling in Canada at the moment and need to identify POS transactions. Vendor names initially appear but are subsequently replaced by a dated exchange code. For example Starbucks -5.00 would turn into P0104CA 7.50CAD @ 1.556 -5.00 EUR.  I ordered statements and they have the dated codes. Is there a way to identify the vendor name, which initially appears but later gets replaced?

    Hi Billydolan,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

You can request any transaction to be checked through the "Ask a question" section within the "Service Desk" tab of your 365 online profile and the advisers there will be happy to confirm where this transaction (or any others like it) was done.

    Thanks again,
    Darren.
