Does the Irish Muay Thai scene have an actual season similar to the amateur boxing scene?

Are there Novice, intermediate and senior championships or what way does it work?

Is there a governing body etc?

    Thanks.

the governing body would be the Irish muay thai council, not sure about the season as it seems to be more event focused like kickboxing and mma but I wouldn't know as I'm not familiar with the Irish thai scene

No season no. Depends what clubs/promotions are running shows. Every few weeks there’s a show on somewhere in the country. Most shows will have amateur fights on before the pro fights.
