German Bank Holiday?

    I'm trying to buy something from Germany today. I believe it is a bank holiday. Will most companies be open tomorrow?

    I ask because one company I was speaking with are closed until Tuesday which is too late for me.

    Yes they are open on Friday (Today) Thursday was Ascension Day

    Thursday was a public holiday, Friday is not a holiday. But a lot of people use it as a Brückentag and take Friday off for a long weekend, never heard of a company doing that unless they are very small.

    True but businesses are open, people taking a bridge day has no bearing on the company availability :)

    I didn't take a bridge day for example ;)
