    Hi there, 

    I tried closing my account over 2 months ago but once again, got another bi monthly bill in the door.. (Something about Irish companies and their lack of ability to close accounts)

    If one of the reps could get in contact me so I can provide my details and the final meter reading to close my account, that would be great!

    Hi Yakult,

    Thank you for getting in touch. What method did you use to close your account? Do indeed private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number, state that you are the account-holder, and confirm your name, the address that you moved out of, and your telephone number for security/verification.
