Despite my earlier statement re Sterling TC fail,it appears that Jesus late late goal +1bps combine with Edersons -1 has confirmed me as 2nd half winner in my ML by 2pts and 150e in my pocket. 4th year in a row inside top 110k,HEWT.

PS; Edersons points counted as opponent was on bb:)

    Finished 176k.

Finished 1st in my only real competitive league, no money, just pride. Was behind by 100 odd points during christmas too.

Finished 26th in the FSA Qualifying League. Wanted a top 10 finish here but not too disheartened.

    EDIT:
Just looking at previous years. 2013/14 season was when I first starting posting here. Nice to see :)

I think in that case Bravo comes in. The issue seems to be with teams who had two non-playing keepers.

For example, if you had Ederson and DeGea, DeGea would not transfer in as he didn't play either.

So if you had ddg starting and ederson sub he also wouldn't sub in
Wow that's unlucky for anyone in that situation!

    Jeez, same here actually.

    Kane (16 times - 177 points - average 11.1 points)
    Lukaku (6 times - 94 points - average 15.7 points)
    Agüero (6 times - 146 points - average 24.3 points)
    Hazard (4 times - 48 points - average 12 points)
    Jesus (3 times - 18 points - average 6 points)
    Salah (2 times - 78 points - average 39 points)
    Morata (1 times - 4 points - average 4 points)

Captained Salah twice. I could do with getting my head checked.

I see the winner of Finn Harps league finished 32nd overall...his 10th season playing and never finished in the top 100k until now. Pretty incredible improvement.

That is the mad thing about the game. The movement is so fluid. Like if you look at the league system that I run, you will see that the usual faces always have a pretty low floor, but on average the highest scorers will be spread all over the place.

Another thing I'm finding is that the number of competent to good players is increasing. Which doesn't spell progress for those of us financially who've been used to taking in the big cash. I had a really dull year in terms of money winnings.

    Eriksen (1 times - 6 points - average 6 points)
    Aubameyang (1 times - 12 points - average 12 points)
    Agüero (1 times - 22 points - average 22 points)

Hazard, Sanchez and Eriksen were failures. Pretty happy with the rest. Finished inside top 10k for first time ever. Shows the value of getting the right captain. Most seasons I make the wrong choice every week and my rank suffers accordingly. This season mostly alternated between Kane and Salah.

Captained 10 players. My 1 time punts backfired every time haha!

I thought captaining Salah 10 times was low, but I see others are in the same boat or have done so less.

    Kane (13 times - 138 points - average 10.6 points)
    Salah (10 times - 218 points - average 21.8 points)
    Lukaku (4 times - 66 points - average 16.5 points)
    Agüero (4 times - 72 points - average 18 points)
    Hazard (2 times - 22 points - average 11 points)
    Morata (1 times - 2 points - average 2 points)
    Mahrez (1 times - 4 points - average 4 points)
    De Bruyne (1 times - 6 points - average 6 points)
    Coutinho (1 times - 6 points - average 6 points)
    Chicharito (1 times - 4 points - average 4 points)

Bit of a meh final day....finished on 66 points and ~89K OR.

Had a decent finish to the season (was at 380K in GW 30) and won my main money league by about 50 points.

Was very close to bringing in one or both of Robertson and PVA (for hits and giggles) but decided to play conservatively to protect my league lead.

My 3rd year playing properly....finishes of 49K, 41K and now 89K...kinda looking forward to next season :-)

Same. I think a huge part of the reason there's an increase in good players is there's so much help out there for them now. The fantasy premier league page and scout and numerous Twitter pages are giving people information and strategies that weren't freely available before.

Given that 2 of those Kane captaincies were DGWs, I can't put into
words how much I despise him. He is the anti-Aguero.

So angry with the game and with myself that I haven't been able to look at it properly until now. Worst final day I can remember, which included transferring out Vardy for Firmino. Finished without a cent in my ML, having been in decent contention for €450 going into GW38.

Finished up 253k. That's my worst season since 11/12, and my first since 13/14 finishing outside the top 20k.

Hope I still have an appetite for this come August!
