    Starting this thread for my own record and accountability. Tomorrow is a new day and new start. Beginning a Couch 2 5km programme.

    Gender: Female
    Starting weight: 15st 9.5lbs
    Height: 5ft 5in
    Activity level: Sedentary lifestyle
    Diet: Very poor eating habits

    Goal 1: 3 home cooked meals per day and 2 snacks. 2L water.
    Goal 2: Be able to jog 5km non stop by September 2018
    Goal 3: 10st by May 2019

    Breakfast: granola and yoghurt, tea with milk
    Snack: 2 yoghurt rice cakes, tea with milk
    Lunch: freshly made roll with butter, tomato and cheese, coffee with milk
    Snack: coffee with milk
    Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and 2 whole meal slimsters with butter, small pack of bacon fries, tea with milk

    Calories (MFP): 1,854

    Water: 2L
    Exercise: 2km

    Breakfast: granola and yoghurt, mandarin, coffee with milk
    Snack: raisins, coffee with milk
    Lunch: chicken and cheese salad with dressing, 2 slices of soda bread and butter, coffee with milk
    Snack: Raisins
    Dinner: spicy chicken wrap, slice of homemade boiled fruit cake, tea with milk

    Calories (MFP): 2,691?? OMG!!

    Water: 2L
    Exercise: 2.4km brisk walk at work

    Snack: tea with milk
    Lunch: vegetable quiche with a handful of mixed leaves, coffee with milk
    Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 whole grain slimsters with butter, tea with milk

    Calories (MFP): 1,331

    Water: 2L
    Exercise: none

    Snack: tea with milk
    Lunch: vegetable quiche and salad, tea with milk
    Snack: 2 yoghurt covered rice cakes, tea with milk
    Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and 2 whole meal slimsters with butter, tea with milk

    Calories (MFP): 1,399

    Looking back this week alone has made me realise how bad my food intake is, even though it is an improvement to what it was previously :eek:

    Happy that I am keeping up my water intake. It might not seem like a big deal to others but it is something I always struggled with, especially working in an office. Also happy that I ate regularly, even if the meals were not so good. Big shop in Aldi tomorrow and some batch cooking healthier meals for the coming week. I was very disillusioned thinking that I could change ALL my poor habits together. I have to build up my willpower. I will keep up the water intake and try cut out 2 cups of tea/coffee, to start reducing my caffeine intake. Going to also take the leap and move from the brisk walk to a very slow jog. Determined to become healthier :cool:
