Pending transaction

    I Booked a holiday in January. The deposit has been Pending payment since January.
    They also have a Pending payment amount for the remaining balance in June.
    Can I cancel both these payments?
    For unavoidable personal reasons I can no longer go on the holiday.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please request the transactions are cancelled and refunded with the company directly. They may have their own refund policy in this instance.
