    Are they playing the Picnic.

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

We wish they were playing the picnic

Real grower, sounds like a continuation of Night Thoughts.

We got London tickets and I can't bloody wait. Suede are mustard. I got into them as arbitrarily as you like about two years ago and they sort of just exploded into being my favorite band.

Sci Fi Lullabies is where it's at.

Misses the heyday, and SFL is where it's at?! :)

Yup. It's possible to discover and enjoy a body of work after the fact :)

    nearly there lads!
been looking at some videos on youtube of the gigs from the past few nights
they look great and the new songs seem to be going down very well live!
just hope the all seating carry on don't dampen things

Yeah, the fact it's an all-seater is definitely going to take away from the gig. Suede gigs are made for jumping up and down and getting sweaty. Look at Brett Anderson by the half-way point and he'll be dripping with sweat. Should have stuck with the Olympia.

Seeing them in London on Friday night. I can't wait!

I'm sure Mr. Anderson will render the use of your seats pointless in no time. It's still a shame, though.

Loving the set lists, so far. Really want My Dark Star for London. I'd **** myself.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,184 ✭✭✭✭Pighead

They seem to be mixing up the setlists a bit so you might get lucky.

Here's last nights one from Stockholm 43345375_10215845183217069_6932056780289605632_n.jpg?_nc_cat=106&oh=6a9be0ad869324049dcef322bbdcb38f&oe=5C1A6A81

And one from the previous gig in Milan.

Aye, I'm expecting MDS to be one of the interchangeable Anderson solo songs he does on the acoustic. Hopefully they save it for London.

Those set lists look tasty. Material from the last three albums getting just as much of a look in as the 90s stuff, and nobody's complaining. Refreshing.

been keeping track of the setlists since the proper tour started
all taken from the setlist.fm site

all in yellow are played every night
white ones just played the once

MDS doesnt seem to have been played yet...

    germany,belgium,netherlands,france ,italy,sweden......

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,559 ✭✭✭refusetolose

Only if you look like you need to be searched.
Can't see your average Suede fan attracting much attention off security.

People on Toutless looking for standing tickets

There's plenty of room between the seats in the Bord Gais, so don't see a problem with standing. I was at the 2 Pet Shop Boys shows there last year and no issue when standing.

Hoping for my dark star and living dead

  • Registered Users Posts: 599 ✭✭✭DepecheHead101

Doubtless Everything Will Flow will end up being one of the interchangeable acoustic songs, too.

For an album that sucks hard when it does suck, Head Music still manages to have Electricity, Everything Will Flow, Down, She's in Fashion and He's Gone.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this will turn into a standing gig pretty early on.

The missus was there a while back to see Florence and the machine, all were standing by the 3rd song or so
