Anyone know a company that would insure me for 2 days on a UK registered bike to ride in the UK.
As i don't live in the uk they all said no.
    Thanks.

Are you trying UK insurance companies, or Irish ones?

I did the reverse bringing my car over from the UK where I was living. I got my UK company to give me european cover for a month. Then once I had an address here, I insured it with the UK plate with an Irish company and cancelled the UK insurance.

    Thanks for the reply
I tried Uk companies as i couldn't find an Irish company that did short term lets only 12 month policies.
I hold a full policy here with principal ins but they wont cover it either

Is it your bike, or a rental or something ?
