Pay my US credit card balance from Irish Bank Account

    Has anyone ever paid a US credit card balance off from their Irish Bank account.??
    What information did you need from your US credit card account??
    I know for US to Ireland the IBAN is needed but what about other way around??
    I heard IBAN is not needed or used in US...Is that true?
