    Hi I had a BOI account that I haven't used in 7 years. I'm wondering is there anyway I can get the old account information?

    Thanks for your post.

    If you don't have your account details to hand such as an old account statement or letter, we'd advise you to either call our BOI Direct team on 0818 365365 or 01-4044000, or pop into your local BOI branch with photo ID. An advisor will then be happy to check this for you.
