Unable to access My Eir - problem persisting for one year and counting

    Has anyone else had serious issues accessing my Eir. We are being persistently over charged and have no way of checking our bundle usage throughout the month as access to our account is impossible through the My Eir portal.

    Is this something any other Eir customers have come across?

    I'm very sorry to hear of the issues you've been having.

    If you give our support team a call on 1901 they can have the issue looked into for you by our technical department.
