Hi just a few quick questions. I'm heading to NY for a week next weekend and was wondering if the ESTA is the only additional visa I need? Also best options for getting from JFK to Astoria? How much would a taxi be roughly? Thanks

Yes just the ESTA, apply online and you will have it sorted quickly.

astoria's in queens. You can also get the E train from JFK to Astoria via the airtrain to Jamaica
