    Hi folks, we went into our local branch and filled out paperwork, etc to open a goalsaver account at the beginning of April. We have heard nothing back since, how long does it take generally to process the application and send us the account details? Cannot get hold of anyone at the local branch the last few days.

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you please check for any emails or text message you may have received in relation to this account? When the account is opened you would usually receive a text with the account details in it. This would be sent to the mobile number you provided with the application.
