    Hi All,

As the title suggests, where would you recommend as the best breakfast place (fry, pancakes, eggs - options) in the above location. we tend to like to pop into the city nice and early, but have failed to ever be impressed with breakfast options. Brother Hubbards gets mentioned regularly, but at weekends the menu isn't great (IMHO).

    Thanks in advance

Del Rio's at the bottom of Marlborough St do a great fry. It's a chipper/greasy spoon by day, though, so I'm unsure about pancakes etc.

If you are looking for a decent fry up, head towards the markets, about 5 min walk from Jervis Shopping Centre.  Brendan's Coffee Shop on Mary's Lane, its opposite the fruit market.  You will be well fed, everything served on batch bread, proper greasy spoon café.
