I have to say that price is not good value for offering - for May as well. Was it packed?

For what it's worth, by way of comparison.

Just back from Spain, from a site which was full. €93.30 per week including leccy, own water tap and grey water gully on an 80 sqm hardstanding plot.
The price also included unlimited hot showers and hot water for washing up, putting out the awning and various entertainments.
The local town was outside the gate and the beach right next to the site. Both local and intercity buses stopped a couple of hundred metres away.

To be fair, we all know that Irish campsites are overpriced for what you get. Can't see it changing any time soon.

Found that Galway is very expensive for sites almost €10 more than the rest of the country.....don't know why it is no better there than anywhere else!
