Hi I would like to buy a really good pair of skinny jeans , preferably with a leg length of 28” as I would prefer not to have to get them shortened as I feel it can often result in the legs been too loose around the ankle. I have checked out seven and citizens of humanity but they do not do short leg lengths. I have jeans from top shop and river island but they get way too loose after a few washes.

Any recommendations greatly appericated.
