Hi all, just wondering was there anything introduced to replace the affordable housing scheme that was discontinued or anything that is similar that DLR or Dublin coco have at present? Thanks!

Short answer is no - at the time of the announcement of the Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan, the Minister's statement did mention something that sounded like a future replacement for the AHS. However to the best of my knowledge, that's several years off and nothing is in place yet at the Local Authority level.
