Credit Card cancelled in March, Government levy applied in May!

    Hi

    I cancelled my card in March, paid Government levy of 30 euro by debit card in order to cancel.

    Got a letter in April from BoI confirming cancellation. Can furnish copy.

    BoI still have not removed account from online view, and have now charged a further 30 euro Government levy.

    I send a note to your contactus form, still no response.

    Can you address this please?
