    Hi,

    I recently received the GDPR letter from Bank of Ireland, addressed to me.

    I remember having an account years ago, as a child but I thought this might have been closed.

    Is it possible to have this looked into and if it is a case that I have an account, can you send instructions on how to set up my online account.

    Thanks for your post here on Boards. 

    When you close an account you would of received a closing balance statement and you would have had no access to 365 online after the account was fully closed.

    Would you have any documents from the account or information?
     
    If you did close the account we apologise that you have received this letter.
