Pretty sure they stock in in O'Brien's at the Parkway and Fine Wines on Catherine Street.

O'Brien's at the Parkway has a great selection of whiskey and yerman there has a great knowledge, I've picked up a few lovely bottles there and if they don't have something in stock they'll get it for you.
