Fiamma t5d bike carrier problems

    I've installed a Fiamma t5d bike carrier on my t5 barn doors but it has loosened twice in 2 weeks. Has anyone experience with this specific model?

    I have mounted 2 roads bikes and found the bottom 2 brackets had come loose over a couple of days driving, I presume that the whole carrier had slid left.

    Has anyone exact instructions and measuements on where best to position the brackets left and right?

    Is there a hack?

    We're traveling to France and as it stands I do not think I will bring the carrier.
