    hi can someone please DM me, I have a number of charges for returned DD on my ac, but I have no DD instruction currently in place & do not agree with the charges

    Thanks for your post here on Boards. 

    We are sorry to hear this.

    If the fees are for €12.70 on your account this would indicate that you would have DD's set up on the account that have gone unpaid. 

    Can you please send your query through the online service desk when logged into 365 online and an advisor will be able to investigate this further for you and try recover who the DD's are set up with so that you can cancel these to avoid any unpaid fees.
