New installation of broadband

    Hi

    Looking for some clarification regarding price for broadband.

    On the email I got from you I got price of 35 euros with 36 euros off for 12 months and 5 off for 6 months. Standard price thereafter - 76.00

    But when logged to my eir it says:
    Promotional price - €37.00 (Inc. VAT)
    Promotion - Online - 5 Euro off for 6 months
    Standard price thereafter - €78.00 (Inc. VAT)

    So which one is correct (more correct) ?

    Also how I could get eir Sport / BT Sport ?

    You get a €2 discount when paying by direct debit and this is included in the the €35 / €76 cost. You'd only pay €37 / €78 if you stop paying by direct debit.

    If you want to add another service to your account, you just need to call our Sales Team at 1800503303 and they will go through the options & prices with you and just ask them to confirm the exact pricing of your plan and what discounts you have

    Hi Thomas,

    I am not yet with yourselves but am going to the €40.00 Pm option in the next few days..This is a 12 month contract. Just wondering does this increar to €78.00 pm month after 12 months.
