white dots/spots on TV screen

Hello everyone. Just wanted to ask about TV problem. My son by accident hit TV stand or TV itself, I am not sure. I heard that something fall down inside TV sounded like some plastic parts, anyway after that on screen I can see about 10 white spots/dots. I presume its something to do with LED lights, TV is working…
