    It's been strong the whole way through with the exception of the Arya storyline when she spent a full season training as a faceless assassin which was boring. Think that was 5 or 6. But what a great tv show.

    the quality of the character writing, development and story dropped immediately after the 4th Season, also it lost it's elegance, that Seasons 1-3 had.
