Terms of use banner not disappearing

Using mobile site on iPhone 7 with Chrome 66.0.3359.122. No matter how many times I click “Agree” the T+C banner at the bottom of the page doesn’t disappear.

Touch site, Chrome on android 8 here. Once i agreed, banner disappeared and hasn't returned.

Using Chrome on Android and I've just clicked "I agree" and it had disappeared.

Using both Chrome and Dolphin browser on Android 6 and the former is almost unusable with the statement never disappearing, with Dolphin i have to keep on clicking 'i agree' every time i go to another page.

Same here using Mobile Safari on iOS 11.4. Clicking the after button does absolutely nothing. Just a dead button. I tried it on desktop and it disappeared, but that doesn’t disable it for the account on other devices it seems.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache please?

I cleared the cache, visited the site again and was able to dismiss the message. However I was on the old touch site when clearing the message and when I switched back to the responsive site the message was also gone there.

So not sure if it was the cache clear or dismissing from the touch site that fixed it but it’s gone now.

Btw, on iOS if you don’t want to clear all your cache data you can go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data and swipe left over the boards data to delete it.
