    hi all

i want a pair of all white leather classic trainers
(stans, af1, reebok classics, vans, cons, adidas 350 etc etc)
which ones are the most comfortable?
i usually wear fairly cushioned trainers
im in my 40s, im a bit heavy and have a dicky knee so need a bit of support and comfort! cons kill my feet, so they are probably out,
i do like af1's but are they are quite clunky looking?

i dont want anything modern, a really classic silhouette thats not too chunky
so no interest in vapormax, airmax, nmds, etc

    any advice welcome

    thanks

For me (and for the reasons you list) I’d look at the Air Force 1. If you want to aliviate some of the “clunkiness” look at the Flyknit version.

They said, I do really like the Stan Smiths Primeknits too.

Stan Smiths are amazing! So so comfortable; wore them on hols walking 20k+ steps a day for a week and no complaints.

    thanks all

i did get the Air force one in the end and love them
way more comfy for me than the stans
i liked them more on foot as well

i never got into the knit ones
they feel odd for me and have very little support
i feel like my foot is all over the place in them,
i bought eqt's and returned them, so sloppy to wear
i didnt get the ultraboost hype either, far too pricey anyway!

    cheers

Ultraboosts are very pricey but my god they're like walking on clouds. I've two pairs I've worn religiously for nearly 2 years now and they still look brand new after a wash save for a bit yellowing on the boost sole.

Adidas do a special insole for skater type shoe and it fits their original range like stan smiths

The support it provides is amazing. If you do go with the stans's Id' suggest getting a pair of these insoles for the great support and comfort

    Air Jordan Future Low.

Find them very comfortable (have 5 pairs).

Couple of the Jordan retros (they come in leather) the III, IV & V are good as are the X, XI, XII & XIII.

The Jordan 1 lows are very nice too. For me Jordans end at 7s though!
