Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Mitrovic signs for Fulham permanently.

If he's 6.5 or less he's in my team

    Thanks for that
As long as he is back for gw2 I’ll stick with him
Could be great value at 4.5

There’ll still be a lot of auto-pick involved at this stage, but interesting nonetheless (and yep, Arnautovic is Austrian and not Australian):

Anyone think Kante at 5.0 might be worth putting in?

I know he's the quintessential casual player to own, but hear me out!

With Jorginho taking the deep lying playmaker role, Kante will be the Allan in Sarri's system, with more liscence to press higher up the pitch. Allan racked up 4 goals and 5 assists in 32 league starts last season. Obviously that's a great return for 5.0 if Kante could reproduce it.

Cairney or Kennedy might be better shouts qt that price, certainly to begin with, but if game time / rotation becomes a factor Kante might be a nice enabler in an early WC. Cheap enough to leave on the bench, and reliable starter to call on, but could end up being surprisingly productive

Jaysis... no!!!!! Prob as bad a choice you can get in the game for a player who does start their games.

    Not even close for me
    Zaha /Arnie .5 more
    Wood same price
    Austin .5 less

He has done absolutely nothing bar get sent off at the highest level

🆕 Four new players have been added to #FPL for 2018/19

    🛡 DEF | Jonny (£4.5m)
    🛡 DEF | Schar (£5.0m)
    👟 MID | A Pereira (£5.0m)
    ️⚽️ FWD | Mitrovic (£6.5m)

    #FantasyPL #FFScout #wwfc #nufc #mufc #ffc https://t.co/yZak48qsia

Perriera 5ml................he will be getting game time at start of season . Worth monitoring for next 2 weeks

In fairness most recently he looks to have raised his game. Both at club level and internationally. He'll be getting good service too. Still a bit hard to justify over Zaha and Arnie with the form they're both in for 0.5m more. Although all 3 up front would free up some serious funds elsewhere :pac:

    Sneaky from FPL towers.

You’d have to think he’d be no more than £6m and probably £5.5m if he’d been priced at the start.

Based on his performances for Valencia last season I'd steer clear.

So is anyone else taking next Friday off to spend the day finalising their team in peace, or is it just me? :pac:

Goals are just not in Kantes game, he might get a couple of assists though. I do think Jorginho and Kante are good news for the 4 attacking Chelsea players though (whoever they might be) as they wont have to do as much tracking back.

Strange that Anders Lindegaard for Burnley hasn't been added. Pope injured for a while and Heaton injured too, but perhaps back soon. But if Lindegaard was there at 4m it could be interesting. If FPL bring him in at 4.5m they are dicks.

The one thing I don't like about FPL is the fact they take ages to add players into the game. They also don't initially include players who were loaned out last season which is annoying.

Lots of paper talk linking Forster (4.5) from Southampton to Burnley

Get Cairney from Fulham for 5.0. Central to everything they do.

    Cairney will be more attacking.

I still think Neves could be a risk disciplinary-wise. Potential for a fair few -1 yellow card points.

    Had a look into him.

    2017-18, 6 goals & 5 assists in 37 last year
    2016-17, 13 goals & 10 assists in 47 games
    2015-16, 8 goals & 6 assists in 39 games

Captains goal in the Play Off final vs Villa too

In my team for the moment at his price
