    Jones 5.5 if he's fit?

Even though he eventually served me well for s period last year the problem is
    “If he’s fit “
He won’t be for half the season
    Bailly is now fit
Lindelof having a good WC and a year settled
Smalling seems to have impressed Jose
And alderweireld or another CB will sign

Don’t think jones will be an option

Jones could be sold when a new CB is signed.

    Frightening prices for attacking options.

I'm aiming to have 15 starters
Bench boost within 3 weeks and then wildcard
Did that 2 years ago and worked well

Held BB for dgw last season and when I take into account points hits I'd say I broke even at the very best
I will hold fh this year though
Got lucky the week I played it last year but need to hold it for the skinny week this time

Yeah I'm not sold on a DGW BB anymore. It ends up taking too much focus and funds trying to shoehorn in out of form players from poor teams. Don't know about an early BB, mainly because it's gonna be difficult to nail 15 guaranteed starters from the off.

I only did it that year as I ended up with the 15 starters
So will wait a week or 2 and see how I’m fixed

In fact I think I may even have done it gw5/6 after my first WC the year before taht too
Last season was my first and last year holding B.B. for the DGW

In joke? It says it's Saturday 2pm on the site.

GW2's deadline currently says 2pm on Saturday too, there's an early game on before that.

Yeah that was a given seeing as the transfer window closes on the Thursday.

Utd v Leicester on friday night.
Must have updated the site, 7pm on the 10th is the GW deadline.

Transfer window has nothing to do with the GW deadline.
    Or am I missing something?

This year the window closes before the season starts so it closing on Thursday meant it was certain that there would be a Friday start.

That's gonna be a fkin hectic Friday, trying to fit all the potential movers from deadline day the day before into your team

Even more hectic for the teams that sign them with games 48 hours later !
Very early WC likely for me

Naby Keita is very attractive at 7.5m, no world cup, Salah coming back from injury, the Ox out, Firmino going deep in the world cup

Already a couple of juicy dilemmas popping up:

    Kane + Sané
    Lukaku + De Bruyne?

Kane and Sane. With no World Cup for Sane, and England going in deep into the competition, Sane should be the preferred option over Sterling.

    But then again.....Pep.

    Sane not even in squad

Lukaku is a god damn beast. If he brings this form to the PL he could be amazing value

If we’re going Fabianksi on goal would it not make sense to go McCarthy SOU as they rotate well?

    £4.0 defenders, our favourite subject

    Name|Team| League Appearances 17/18
    Jack Simpson|Bournmouth|1
    Markus Suttner|Brighton|13(1)
    Ezequiel Schelotto|Brighton|14(4)
    Matthew Connolly|Cardiff|4
    Lee Peltier|Cardiff|27(3)
    Ashley Jazz Richards (lol)|Cardiff|5(1)
    Greg Halford|Cardiff|2(10)
    Martin Kelly|Crystal Palace|12(3)
    Aaron Wan-Bissaka|Crystal Palace|7
    Scott Malone|Huddersfield|12(10)
    Yohan Benalouane|Leceister|1
    Chancel Mbemba|Newcastle|7(2)
    Sam McQueen|Southampton|1(6)
    Jan Bednarek|Southampton|5
    Ryan Bennett|Wolves|27(2)
    Danny Batth|Wolves|15(1)
    Roderick Miranda|Wolves|16(1)

Some interesting options there. The two that jump out immediately are Peltier from Cardiff and Bennett from Wolves. Bennett in particular is highly rated from Wolves fans from what I've heard.

Jan Bednarek has had a decent world cup foe Poland I think I read, and was starting for Hughes towards the end of last season.
I think he got in due to a suspension to Stephens but kept his place.

Will see how they line up I preseason games and if he features much.

    Cedric. 4.5

    Cough
    Cough

    Oh my.

    Sneaky first draft

    Fabianski (Steklenburg)
    TAA Robertson Daniels (Bennett Peltier)
    Salah Sanè Silva Ramsey (Stephens)
    Aguero Zaha Tosun

Don’t think I will hve any England players from start if it comes home . They will still be celebrating!!

Either way they are now going to the final weekend
Had already decided not to start with Kane anyway and sterling is mad dear !

Zaha is now a striker . This I don’t like

    Please England v Belgium final.
I’d trade a month of Hendo and trent for City losing Raheem, Delph, Stones, Kompany, Walker, De Bruyne!!!
Utd- Lukaku, Fellaini, Young, Lingard, Jones, Rashford
    Chelsea- Hazard, Cahill, cortois
Spurs- Alli, Rose vertonghen Trippier and Kane

    Stolen from twitter

Of course there are a few prem players in French squad too
And either way they will all be playing till the final weekend now

Leaving out most (all) of those players in my initial team and then playing an early (Gw3 or 4) WC may be my strategy of choice.

Yeah, but at 7.0 he could still end up a great option, particularly if he gets a transfer into the top 4 as a starter.

If he gets a transfer to a top 4 team ( for one his own sake he should stay where he is for a season ) he will at best be a reverse OOP starter . And possibly not even a starter

First rough draft something like this and looking at who rotates well

    Fabianski Mccarthy
Zanka Daniels Mee Bennett (wolves) Simpson
    Kieta Sanchez Sane Son RLC
    PEA Austin Zaha

I’ve a big Salah hole in my team tho and not sure if all those budget defenders will play

Do Fulham really only have 12 players at the moment, including 2 defenders? Sorry, really don't know much about them apart from sessegnon.
