New Development, Ratoath, Co Meath

Hi All,

I see a new development in Ratoath, Co. Meath (Broadmeadow Vale) launched its 2nd phase of houses last weekend. Have had a look for a thread on this development but can't seem to find one.

Has anyone been down to the showhouses for a look? They seem to be fairly well finished off with an option to convert the attic on the 3-bed semi-detached houses.

Prices seem similar to recent developments in the locality (Dunshaughlin & Ashbourne).

Any thoughts on this development?

4bed €380k 5bed €495k.

Similar to Dunshaughlin and Ashbourne.

Haven’t seen anyone comment on the development to date.

Thanks. I'm currently living and house searching in Ashbourne (new to the area though) - I know Ratoath is nearby but hadn't considered it too much as I've heard it's more awkward to get in and out of Dublin from there compared to Ashbourne. Might go check out this development though.

Has anyone bought/went sale agreed in Broadmeadow Vale, Ratoath?
My question is, when will the last houses be finished?
An opportunity came up to purchase a three bed house there but it is not clear when they will be finished.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
