Chorizo is gluten free, the ingredients are on the tesco website below

Just checked the Aldi Chorizo I have in the fridge. It has the Gluten Free label on the front of the pack. We like it. They have a mild and a spicy version (specially selected).

I would not presume that. If I was coeliac I would be looking for a gluten free label, the tesco website does not claim it is. No idea if the OP is coeliac or not.

Manufacturers do not have to list all the ingredients in a product, if it is below a certain % they do not have to bother, and this can often be fillers etc they do not want to declare. Also ingredients could be processed in a factory with gluten products about.

This chorizo in tesco has gluten & lactose listed as an allergen

yet the ingredients list does not have any obvious gluten containing thing listed
    Ingredients
Pork Meat and Fat, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Smoked Paprika, Dextrose, Garlic, Fruit Extract, Nutmeg, Oregano

Yes, I'm Coeliac and most sausage products contain fillers, which is why I asked. I'll take a look at the Aldi one. Thanks everyone. I'd be happy to hear of other brands too.
