Hi All

Currently in process of buying a house. The garage conversion does not meet building regs for habitable room because

1) would need planning permission to make it a habitable room
2) door would need to be moved to be off hall instead of kitchen
3) drainage connections below the floor which would need to be done in particular way
4) does not meet insulation standards

Would anyone be able to give me a ball park figure to get these things fixed up? Are we talking 10k, 20k?
