    I'm looking for a property developer to come look at my property to assess some work. I've a large area property in south dublin with house that's outdated. I was wondering could anyone point me in the direction of someone who would be willing to take on a job of knocking down the property building 2 houses on it for myself and using the rest of the land for himself to build ?
