Hi All, Looking to see if there is a database of tenants looking to rent a room , anyone know the best place to find them rather than just setting up an open advert? Thanks

Open advert on daft with an email address only and something along the line of: "please email me with a bit about yourself".

You'll get replies varying from people in India willing to take anything unseen in 3 months time to the txt spk brigade but there'll be the odd person who can string a paragraph together with the pertinent information like they have a job and an active social life so won't be hanging around all the time. You'll find that basic level of intelligence rare but a good starting point. The rest get a PFO email.

Avoid anyone who spells 'that' 'dat'.

Either dat or students through the nearest college.
