Seeing as the forum (afaik) tends to open its doors for the WC/Euros, it might be sensible to just go with a catch all 'Cool fans' thread to avoid triggering any sort of excessively PC response.
Can't believe anybody would feel so insecure as to need to separate the sexes.
Why not a thread with something for everyone?

I'd rather have more of the hot fans rather than models there specifically to up their profile

Separate threads. One for cute women and one for women with great breasts.
That way the fellows who appreciate that don't have to wade through boring stuff.
