They're not accreditation passes. Every single fan entering a stadium has to have a Fan ID, which is what they're wearing.

You trying to say every male fan in the crowd at every game has one of those? Well how come I've yet to see a regular male fan wearing one, out of the hundreds of thousands at all the games so far.

You are incorrect everyone attending games had to have one.You couldn't buy tickets without them.
I know several people who went over and it was a must.
