    Has anyone here tasted Balsamic vinegar that's been aged for 20+ years? Is it worth the high cost?

    I've had 25 year aged balsamic over homemade vanilla gelato in a restaurant just outside Rome. It was fantastic! Syrupy, tangy & chocolatey. It would be wasted on a salad.
