€100 cash back

A few weeks ago I saw an offer on bonkers.ie saying new customers that switch to eir, will pay €40pm for a year and also receive €100 cash back.

I called to get this offer and the agent I spoke with explained I would get an email regarding the cash back once my 14 day cooling off period had passed.

The cooling off period is up and I still haven't received an email.

Can you help me with this
