    Passing through SQR I couldn't help but notice the weeds on the grass beside path passing the playing fields, Shopping Centre down past Church.
    Even in and aroubd the library the grass is uncut. Is there a go slow by the Council or what?


    Contrast that with the very well cut grass/frontage of the Community Centre. Is that not publically owned? Who cuts that area and why is that pristine compared to other parts of this important thoroughfare?
