Personal Loan on internet banking

    Hi

    Is it possible to see a personal loan balance on internet banking (365 online). I know AIB have that feature and you can transfer funds into the loan account. If not, how can I see outstanding debt on a personal loan?

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.

    Yes you can add the loan account through the online service desk when logged into 365 online by selecting add account or policy.

    If closing off the loan on 365 online please contact our lending department for a closing balance which will include any interest outstanding on the loan account.
