    Looking out for a new TV, both of these Sonys look good

    Am I right in thinking that an 8xxx model is newer than a 7xxx?

    Not at all interested in smart features btw as we have a Libreelec box for this. Have two (!) Humax Foxsats as well so need at least 3 HDMIs.

    This is going to replace a 30" Trinitron so I haven't been in the TV buying game for a long time :)

    Pulled the trigger on the DID one...

    Seems that XF is the next generation model, Amazon have it but at £799 which is out of my budget
