    Hi all,

    I think it may be a good time to get into this business if the right location can be found due to impending minimum pricing rules. Does anybody have any advice or thoughts? I am also finding conflicting information regarding licensing requirements. Can anyone advise on process and costs?

    have you tried your local pub (no pun intended) someone who owned one and finding owner manager working would be good insight.
