A friend is in Greece on holidays and is stuck for funds. What's the fattest way to get money into his Irish current account over the bank holiday? Cheers.

Find someone with a ptsb account willing to do the transfer, give them cash. Ptsb to ptsb transfer will be instant. Otherwise you're looking at 3-4 working days

Western union, you go into the shop and send the money to the closest one near him, then send him the ref number and he goes in with his id and they give him the money, instant

Find someone with PTSB account that has funds in it. Give him cash. He can transfer to the other PTSB account with immediate effect. Otherwise, AIB to PTSB = 1 or 2 working days.

Are you sure your friend is real and not an email scam?

Ring him to make sure it's him, and then use Western Union.
